Moonboon’s Weighted Products have insulating features. With a TOG value of 2.4, the Weighted Sleeping Bag is designed for use at a normal room temperature. To avoid your baby getting too hot and to ensure maximum comfort, we recommend that you dress your baby accordingly, to match the TOG value and the temperature of the room.

If your baby's neck, back of the head, back or stomach are damp or warm, that is a sign that your baby is too hot. In those situations, you should open the Weighted Sleeping Bag right away to increase air circulation and remove some of the baby's clothing.
