When shopping with us, it's important to know whether you'll need to pay customs duties or import fees. Here’s a clear guide based on your location:

European Union (EU)
We are a company based in Denmark within the EU. This means that for all countries within the European Union, you will not be liable for customs duties or import fees.

Outside the EU
We are represented as an entity in Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Therefore, you will not be liable for customs duties or import fees in these countries either. We have also implemented a solution with our logistics partner to ensure that customs duties and import fees will not be applicable for customers in the USA and Turkey as well.

Other
For all other countries not mentioned above, customs duties and import fees will apply upon delivery of your Moonboon order.
