During setup, the Intelligent Baby Monitor will guide you to choose the sensitivity for cry detection and enable notifications on your smartphone. The sensitivity setting controls how easily the monitor detects your baby’s cries – higher sensitivity may result in more notifications, while lower sensitivity will only alert you to the loudest or most distinct cries.

Once a cry is detected, depending on your settings, the monitor sends an instant alert to your phone through the Moonboon App. Clicking on the notification opens the app to the Intelligent Baby Monitor, where you can see a log of sound detections. To help improve the AI, you can give a thumbs up or down to indicate whether the notification was accurate.

You can also adjust the sensitivity and notification preferences at any time in the app. For example, you can mute alerts if you’re out of the house and someone else is watching your baby, giving you flexibility while still staying connected.
