HOW DO I SET UP THE INTELLIGENT BABY MONITOR?Updated 3 hours ago

Setting up the Intelligent Baby Monitor is quick and takes less than 60 seconds. Simply follow the steps in the Moonboon App:
1. Download the Moonboon App
2. Open the app and select your device
Note: We recommend fully charging the monitor before first use. Lift the silicone cover to access the charging port.
3. Create or log in to your account
Note: If you are creating a new account, your confirmation email may land in junk mail.
4. Turn the monitor on by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds.
Note: You will hear a soft click and see a blinking light when it’s ready to be set up.
5. Connect in the app
Note: Follow the steps on screen to confirm the connection.
6. Connect to WiFi
Choose your WiFi and enter the password. The moon will blink while it connects. Once the light stops, setup is complete.
Note: The monitor supports 2.4 GHz WiFi only. Keep it nearby during setup for best results.
7. Allow sound access
This allows features such as cry detection.
Note: All sound data is handled securely and is never shared with third parties.
8. Choose your sound mode
Adjust how sensitive the cry detection should be.
Note: Choose from several modes, from Quiet with the fewest detections to Maximum with the highest sensitivity.
9. Turn on notifications
This allows you to receive alerts when sound is detected.
Note: Notifications can always be adjusted or muted in settings.
10. Name your monitor
You are all set. Find your Intelligent Baby Monitor in the Devices tab to start checking in.
Note: You can find settings, invite users, and turn on low power mode under the gear icon in the top right corner of the streaming view.
Once completed, your Intelligent Baby Monitor is ready to help you keep an eye on your baby with ease and confidence.
