I am having an issue with my Motor – what do I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you are having an issue with your motor, please reach out to our customer service at [email protected] and include the serial number of your motor alongside a video of the motor in action with weight in the baby hammock/cradle in the email. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution and fix the issue with your motor.
