There is a defect in my product or my product broke – what do I do?Updated a month ago

Should a defect occur or should your product break, please initiate a claim with us here. However, if the product you are concerned with is your Motor, please reach out to our customer service at [email protected] and include the serial number of your motor alongside a video of the motor in action with weight in the baby hammock/cradle in the email.
